People Running Marathon

eSpares Employee Completes Half Marathon for Charity

It is often said that “charity begins at home”. However, yesterday (October 19th) charity definitely began in the centre of Birmingham as over 20,000 runners, many running for various charities, lined up to take part in the Bupa Great Birmingham Run. Amongst the runners was a member of the eSpares team, Mike, who was running for our chosen charity, John Taylor Hospice.

We’re Running a Half Marathon!

A group of us here at eSpares (although not me, I’m not brave enough) has decided that we’re going to run The Royal Parks Half Marathon in October. As their website rather eloquently puts it, “[The Royal Parks Half Marathon] is one of the most scenic city runs in the world, starting and finishing in Hyde Park, and taking in Kensington Gardens, Green Park and St James’s Park.”
