eSpares Celebrates Cash For Kids Superhero Day!

We dug out our finest masks and capes, put our baking skills to the test and filled our faces with cake, all to raise money for Free Radio Cash for Kids Superhero Day! The Free Radio Breakfast Team even came along to join in the fun and help us raise over £1600 for some truly worthy causes.

Free Radio Quiz top Raise Money

We put Free Radio to the test!

We turned the tables on our Free Radio guests (Tim Warwood, Lauren Crace and Lovdev Barpaga) and quizzed them to raise extra money for charity. The more correct answers the bigger our donation. They smashed it and got so many questions right that they raised £1200!

Of course, we didn’t miss the chance for a selfie…

In the buttercream icing I used Madagascan vanilla essence and a cherry and berry jam for the filling! It feels really great to win after 5 hours of baking!

Here’s what she had to say…

I feel great! I’m so excited and my daughter is going to be so excited when I get home – it was her idea! We’re really glad it’s helped the charity too.

We would like to thank the team for joining in and donating to this extremely worthy cause! Whether you dressed up, baked a cake or donated cash, you’ve helped improve the lives of local children and young people.
