eSpares Announced as a Retail Systems Awards Finalist!

We’re very excited to announce we have been shortlisted for Retailer of the Year at the Retail Systems Awards!
The Retail Systems Awards have been running for 11 years now, recognising retailers who have made innovative use of mobile, online, payment, loyalty and personalisation systems and other technologies to help their customers.
Why Are Retail Systems So Important To Us?
Modern technology systems offer great ways for us to make it even easier for you, our customers, to find the spares and accessories to fix your faulty appliances. We use modern technologies to provide the right information and guides you need to carry out your repairs too. Thank you so much to all our customers for your continued support and feedback – we wouldn’t be award nominees without it!
This isn’t the first time we’ve been shortlisted for awards this year. Back in June, it was announced we were finalists for the Retail Week Tech & Ecommerce Awards. For the Ecommerce Awards last month we were finalists for not one, but two trophies (in the Best Home & Garden, DIY & Tools and Best eCommerce Customer Service categories).
As always we’re up against some stiff competition this time around. Fellow shortlisted companies are supermarket giants Tesco and Spar UK as well as hugely successful retail group Shop Direct. The lucky winners will be announced at a swanky gala dinner on 3 November 2016.
We’re keeping everything crossed so please do keep your fingers crossed for us too!
