Here at eSpares, we’re always looking for new ways to spread repair knowledge and help you maintain your home appliances. That’s why we’re delighted to be bringing all of our appliance care and maintenance advice to TikTok! With this exciting and thriving platform at our disposal, we couldn’t be more thrilled to be able to deliver fixing tips in a quick, concise format, making it all the easier for you to keep your appliances in working order.
Why TikTok?
When it comes to maintaining and repairing your home appliances, we know that doing the work for yourself can be daunting… especially if you’ve never done such handiwork before. That’s why we were so eager to utilise a platform like TikTok to launch our new channel as it’s the place to go for short and easily accessible videos.

By showing how quick and easy many appliance fixes can be, we hope to take away some of that intimidation and encourage those of you just starting to care for your own appliances to do so without fear. We wanted our TikTok channel to be a great place for you to begin carrying out repairs for yourself, and feel confident doing so!
Taking our first steps…
There’s a first time for everything, which is why we were delighted to team up with diywithemma for our first ever TikTok appearance! In our debut TikTok outing on Emma’s wonderfully informative and helpful channel, Emma and our very own Amy Sharp quickly run through four easy repairs for common fridge faults together. These repairs include rebalancing your fridge if it’s unstable, cleaning the coils at the back to save energy and a couple of methods for fixing a faulty door seal.
Whilst featuring on Emma’s TikTok channel (which you should definitely follow for great DIY tips, hacks and advice!), we were also delighted to have her feature on our own YouTube channel too. While she visited the eSpares headquarters, she was kind enough to help Amy present our video “How to Fix Hoover Washing Machine Error Code E02”. What’s yet to come!
Of course, taking our first steps with Emma was just a taste of what was yet to come with our very own TikTok channel. We’ve already gotten stuck into creating videos covering handy cleaning tips, quick fixes and concise appliance maintenance advice… and this is only the beginning! From washing machines and ovens to fridge freezers and grass trimmers, we’re firing on all cylinders to make sure you have all the appliance care advice you could possibly need in convenient bite-sized chunks.
Needless to say, we have an exciting future planned for our TikTok endeavours. Before long we hope to have a wide range of videos available to help keep appliances running all around the country.
