Our Advice Centre is open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is all completely free! We have over 500 how-to videos to help you diagnose and fix appliance faults and get your machines back up and running as soon as possible. If you ever find your appliance develops a fault or you’re looking for some cleaning and maintenance advice, check it out.
