Always find espares very good value and speedy delivery. Only gripe is that on my recent order one of the G10 light bulbs ordered arrived broken. However that is the first time I have had a problem.

If a part is faulty or defective, simply return it to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we’ll arrange a refund or for a replacement part to be sent to you.

Before my first order, I wasn’t familiar with espares so I must confess I was a bit hesitant but there was absolutely nothing to worry about. The item arrived very quick and well packed. The “How to” video for the stacking kit was extremely helpful too.

Just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for the very painless experience of ordering a replacement part for my Henry Hoover.
For £6.50, I’ve given it a new lease of life with what is a good quality replacement part and it arrived promptly, in excellent packaging and when expected (via Royal Mail).
ps I love e-spares’ short ‘how to’ videos, which provide an ‘idiot’s guide’ to fitting spares.

I’ve entered. Three times I’ve tried to see Take That. Each time I couldn’t go: bought the tickets too! Had a cancellation operation on one date, had food poisoning in another and car broke down on way last time so missed it! So please!! This is my last chance.
