eSpares Goes International!

Stop press! We have a very exciting announcement to share with you… eSpares has gone global! We are thrilled to declare the launch of our first ever international website, German eSpares site eersatzteile.de.

Why are we branching out?

The truth is we already have lots of international customers around the globe ordering from our English website so we wanted to cater to these shoppers in their own language. That’s why eErsatzteile is run by an awesome branch of our team who are all native German speakers; so German customers can chat to us and shop with us without anything getting lost in translation.

Here are some features of the eSpares website also available on eErsatzteile:

  • First things first, you’ll find the same high quality, great value spare parts to fix your faulty home and garden appliances (or “Haushaltsgeräte und Gartengeräte” to you German speakers).
  • Decided you don’t need the part you’ve ordered after all? No problem, the eErsatzteile returns process is easy peasy too.
  • To make sure you’re buying the right spares we have the help you need to quickly find your appliance model number.
  • You’ll find the same friendly service over on eErsatzteile as well – we’re happy to help and all appliance questions are welcome.

If you’re moving to Germany, have German friends or are German yourself, why not save eErsatzteile.de in your internet browser’s bookmarks. That way next time one of your appliances breaks down (and touch wood it’ll be a while before that happens) you can easily find the parts you need to fix it yourself at home.

Non-German customers around the globe, rest assured this won’t be the only international site we’re launching. Check back for further international updates, coming soon!

Also, no prizes for guessing what eErsatzteile means – it’s German for eSpares!
