eSpares Celebrating After Winning National Customer Service Award

We’re celebrating in the eSpares office today, after being named winners of The Customer Award, at the prestigious Internet Retailing Awards 2015 during an award ceremony held in London last night (September 24th).

A contingent from eSpares travelled down to the event in London and made their way to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, ready for the awards ceremony, which was attended by a host of household names including Amazon, M&S, House of Fraser, Boots and Argos.

The Internet Retailing Awards, which are in their 4th year this year, “represent the pinnacle of recognition for multi-channel and pure-player retailers” – and in a tough category, which saw competition from household names John Lewis, IKEA and AO.com as well as Dixons Carphone, LoveHoney, WatchFinder and Zopa, we were named winners of The Customer Award.

The Customer Award, which we’re proud winners of “recognises the impact upon the customer and their experiences, through a new initiative or breakthrough which has changed the relationship between the retailer and customer over the last year” – and we’re extremely proud to have been named as the winners.

We know that without our customers we wouldn’t be where we are today, and we appreciate all the love and support you’ve shown to us over the years. So whilst the award proudly sits in our trophy cabinet, we’d like to say a huge THANK YOU to each and every one of our customers over the years.

Following the success at last night’s awards, we’re hoping to add to our success at the eCommerce Awards for Excellence ceremony, which is held in London at the end of the month and where we are finalists in two categories.
