At eSpares, we’re celebrating after being named finalists in not 1 but 2 categories at the prestigious eCommerce Awards for Excellence 2015.
In their 7th year, the awards celebrate the very best the eCommerce industry has to offer and provide businesses named as finalists the opportunity to celebrate their achievements over the last year. The awards are also a great way for the finalists to show their competitors and peers that they’re leading the way in their field.
For the second consecutive year, eSpares are extremely proud to have been named finalists, adding to our previous award success and accolades.
At this year’s awards, eSpares have been recognised for the fantastic customer service we provide every time you, our lovely customers, contact us – whether via our UK call centre, Live Chat function which can be found on our website, or through our social media platforms, resulting in us being named finalists in the “Best eCommerce Customer Service Award”.
Along with being named finalists in the “Best eCommerce Customer Service Award”, we’ve also got the chance to defend our title from last year’s awards, as for the second consecutive year we are finalists in the “Best Home & Garden, DIY & Tools eCommerce” category.
Last year, at eSpares we were honoured to have been named winners in this category and it’s a great testament to the continued hard work everyone connected with eSpares has put in over the last 12 months, to once again be named as finalists in such a sought after category.
We’re now looking forward to the award ceremony which takes place at the Park Plaza, Riverbank, London, at the end of September where we will get to network with a number of our peers and hopefully be named as winners in both categories.
