The end of November saw the UK’s leading spare parts retailer, and Birmingham based business, eSpares go from strength to strength, hitting two milestones in quick succession; on the back of being a winner at the eCommerce 2014 Awards.
eSpares, pride themselves on providing excellent customer service throughout each stage of the customer’s journey and beyond. And the hard-work has paid off, as during November, they recorded their 20,000th review on Trustpilot.
TrustPilot is an online review platform for ecommerce businesses, and after receiving an order, each eSpares customer is invited to leave feedback of the service they received. The 20,000 reviews accumulated on TrustPilot have rated eSpares an average 9.4 out of 10 for excellence – testimony to the hard work the eSpares teams put in to stock over 500,000 products, with 120,000 available next day.
Following on from the success of reaching 20,000 TrustPilot reviews, eSpares have also seen one of its 400+ easy to follow “How to” YouTube videos amass in excess of one million views.
The videos produced and shared by eSpares are designed to share the knowledge of their experienced engineers; helping customers diagnose and repair faulty household and garden appliances.
Andrew Watson, Head of Online Marketing at eSpares, said: “We strive to provide excellent customer service throughout every stage of the journey for our customers. We understand that our customers choose us for our knowledge and expertise, and can often be making a distressed purchase because an appliance or part of an appliance has failed. We work hard to provide plenty of advice, videos and spare parts, available next day, to help them fix the appliance.
“To hit 20,000 reviews and for one video to achieve over a million views on YouTube in such a short space of time is an incredible achievement. We thank our customers and congratulate everyone connected with eSpares on hitting the milestones.”
