Alright folks the long weekend is finally upon us and for those of you working, well ain’t that a shame. For those fortunate to have the time off and are planning to attend one or more of the many brilliant festivals, Notting Hill Carnival, spend time with family and friends or all of the above, do enjoy yourself.

At this point the only ‘spare’ that best be on your mind, ahead of a three day weekend should involve ribs and how delicious they’ll taste washed down with a cold one.
