Deliveries Subject To Delay

Due to the large amounts of snow over the weekend and the continuing freezing conditions, eSpares deliveries are subject to delays. We have decided to temporarily suspend the ‘UK Next Day’ delivery option, as we can’t guarantee delivery in a timely manner in the current conditions.

We are doing our best to ensure that all packages reach you as soon as possible, but ask you to bear with us. UK Next Day will be reinstated as soon as we feel we can guarantee the service.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Order In Time For Christmas

If you need that oven door seal to avoid a turkey disaster, or your vacuum cleaner extension tube has cracked and your having the in-laws over, have no fear – so long as you place your order in good time we can make sure you have your spares before the 25th.

The latest you can order to guarantee delivery before the big day is Monday 20th December for standard delivery, and Tuesday 21st December for next day delivery.

These dates only apply to orders despatched to UK addresses for products marked as ‘In Stock’. Additionally, we can’t guarantee pre-Christmas delivery if there’s further major snow disruption as there was earlier in the month. Fingers crossed we don’t get a white Christmas!

Call Times – Bear With Us!

It’s very cold and particularly snowy around the whole of the country at the minute; and you know what snow and the like does to our transport system. Unfortunately a number of our staff have been affected, including those who work in the Call Centre and take your calls.

We understand that a lot more people will be staying at home today, and may be using that time to catch up with appliance fix-its. So the situation we’re facing is potentially more calls coming in with fewer staff to answer those calls. We do apologise if it takes a while to get to your call, but please bear with us, we are doing our best to get to you as soon as possible.

In the meantime, if you’re lucky enough to have an unexpected day off, get yourself down the park with a sled and a carrot (for the snowman’s nose) and enjoy.
