Cook Better and Safer

The coating in the types of non-stick pans we all use is made from perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) – say that five times fast! This acid can be harmful to human health and the environment over time. There are some better alternatives out there to the chemical-ridden non-stick cookware we all use.

Why not go back to basics with good ol’ cast iron pans? Cast iron is naturally non-stick, retains heat, is durable and like a fine wine, only gets better with age. It’s also what our grandmothers and great grandmothers used for proper, delicious home-cooking!

Dead Cooker?

We recently received some interesting feedback from a customer regarding a fix it yourself mishap (or rather what they thought was a mishap). The Boy's In The Hood

The least glamorous of the kitchen appliances has to be the cooker hood. It’s arguable whether it’s even an appliance. It just cleans up some of the mess created by another appliance. So a video explaining how they work and what you can do to keep yours working properly was always going to be a tough call. But we think Matt’s just about pulled it off in his latest video.
